Great location! It's right next to the Christmas market and shopping area, plus you're close to the city center, the Carolus Thermen, and plenty of shops and restaurants. 🎄🛍️🏙️

breakfast was great
there was no chocolate on our pillows when we arrived, the bathroom didn't have a sink so we can wash our hands, we had to go to the bathtub/shower restroom

Clean, excellent value hotel, the location was comfortable not far from all other sights and attractions, main attractions such as city center and cathedral as well as park and thermal center, and the historic city centre.

The rooms here are sleek and cozy with their own bathroom. They've got good WiFi so you can stay connected, and there's also a nice touch with coffee available. 📶 Plus, the breakfast spread is simply fantastic!

Location was very good. Separate shower and bathtub are nice. Room service was very good.
I choose this hotel over others in the area because it had a steam room. The steam room was broken my entire 4 day stay and I get the feeling in talking with the front desk that it was going to stay broken quite a bit longer. Also, although I liked the bathroom, it was impossible to avoid getting a lot of water on the floor after using the shower or bathtub.

This place is pretty clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing! the staff here knew their stuff and gave some awesome recommendations. the room I was in had air conditioning, which was a nice touch. had a great time here! 💫

The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally nice. the location was absolutely perfect, only 4-6 minutes away on foot from Eurogress Event Venue. Everything was really good during Christmas, and we will definitely be back.
